Freedom Calls

Uniting Families and Military Personnel Serving Abroad

University of Missouri Health Care and the Freedom Calls Foundation have partnered to make the Missouri Telehealth Network's videoconferencing systems available free of charge to families of military service members serving abroad. This service will allow Missouri families to see and talk with their service member on a scheduled basis.

The Freedom Calls Foundation is a not-for-profit charity registered organization in New York. Their ". . . mission is to build a communications network independent of military networks employing state of the art . . . technology to enable our troops to communicate free of charge from their base camps with their families at home by internet telephone, instant messaging and video conference." Please visit the Freedom Calls website by clicking on their logo on this page.
